I just got a 06 accord with the engine lite and ima lite comes up with 2 codes for battery degrade and 2 for battery mil i think i have a blue srive it lokes to show the codes twice do yo no any way to tell how long the battery will last sometimes when i come to a stop it dosent shut off but some times it does and unless you have the cruise on it fells a bit jerky im going to try the unhooking the 12v battery for a minute then hooking it back up and letting it charge thing i herd it could be a allday thing lol but just wondering if anybody has any idea how to get a rough idea how long i have before i jave to get the battery replaced my first hybrid i thought i could use it without the battery but every thing i have read says i cant i dont have to worry about inspection i paid 2,500 for it with 130k miles with thought was a good deal but not so sure any help would be greatly appreciated cant aford a battery at the moment been a bad year!!!!!
Hi Steve, It sounds like your hybrid battery is failing which would cause the Auto-Stop feature to stop working. As long as your car runs and drives you should be OK for a while. We ran the car in this video with a failed battery for about a year without major issues. As long as you regularly drive the car to give your regular 12v batter time to charge you should be able to continue driving for a while.
@@snwdn cool do you think a grid charger would help eventually it's going to be a second car once I get my truck a bit safer to drive lol
@@stevenoe6395 I'm not sure because I don't know how the grid charger works. After doing the procedure in this video two times I eventually bought a new battery for some $1600 after core charge because I was selling the car and the new owners didn't want to deal with redoing this procedure. With old cells it will only last for so long anyway. I know it is expensive so if you don't care about the MPG, loss of acceleration or inspection sticker I would just run it as is.
@@snwdn I have herd about power loss but it seems to do pretty good last Honda I drove was the 4 cylinder back in the 90s VTEC I think never was into Honda much I had a 82 supra I was inline with back then lol then had kids and my dreams went to hell lol I'm just trying to make it a reliable car only put around 100 miles on it so far I did in hook the 12v battery a couple times helped for a minute soon as I get a decent day were I can get going early I'm going to try to do that all day see if it helps supposed to but I keep finding so much conflicting info on this thing a little more than I'm used to lol just want to make sure it doesn't leave my gf stranded once I get it straight it not going to be driven much it will be in Virgina were my son is stationed and my gf will use it when she's there visiting we got a new grandchild back in February I'm not working full time yet had a bad heart issue February 1st so still trying to get to as normal as I'll ever be able to so I can work just started working part time I do construction so hopefully will be up to par enough to take my job back soon thank you for all your help you made a good video I was thinking the cells were all welded together but thanks to you I found out it's really not hard to do a tear down on one of those checking on prices for new cells found 1 company so far in China for 6.5amp cells still looking for those 8amp I have seen worse case gues we will have to get one of those just sucks with money right now lol thank you for your help have a good day and good luck with the next project!!!!!

You guys planning on resting before tackling Hell difficulty ? Any plans for when you will be starting the final run?
We've been on a long break from the game since we finished this last summer. It took all year to edit the footage in my spare time and we wanted to make sure we watched the NM run before starting Hell. We've since moved on to other activities but we still have our save files and I'm hopeful we'll try our luck in Hell difficulty one day. First order of business would be to play "training games" where we get our levels up to 30 so we can actually enter Hell games.

@@snwdn How are training games conducted btw ? I assume you cannot keep anything you find in them. But you also need potions too. So can you buy them with another char and give them to the ironmen or nah ? And what if you die in a training game ?
@@greatkhan1870 We are mostly playing by these rules: www.realmsbeyond.net/diablo/vironman.html . In essence, you just have to level up while making sure you leave the training games with the exact same items you started them with. If a player dies, the other player can res them if they have a "real" res scroll or staff found in the non training games. As far as buying potions I think realmsbeyond rule set forbids it but it seems silly to me since you could just farm level 1 and get infinite potions with almost no risk so its like a slow version of just buying them. We'll have to narrow down our agreed rules when we actually start the games.

Ugh, so painful seeing all that amazing gear get thrown away. But that's the nature of ironman. It's what keeps it interesting, deciding what to take and what to ID.
You forgot to break open some barrels on level 14 !
I think you might be referring to the barrels on the level we started from in this video. Because we had to pause our game session between level 14 and 15 we had to remake the game and use another (non Ironman) character to clear up to the stairs down to 15. Since that instance of level 14 doesn't "exist" in our Ironman game we didn't take any items or XP from it.

It sucks you lost so much resources on this level. Its gonna mean you got to hope for some succubi levels and got to play level 16 tight. I'm also not sure how well the warriors AC will handle Knights if flayed ones are hitting him as often.

I love this video when you guys work together. If you guys ever do this again would you consider using a mage. It confuses me how you keep him supplied in mana.
Thank you for the kind comment! I think about the mage a lot. Most IM victories seem to use Warrior/Rogue, probably because of the mana issue. The really cool thing about the mage is they can recharge staves. If we ever win IM maybe we would play with the mage to switch things up. Of course they would be the obvious choice for a 3rd player on the team.

That Ring of Skill is a fair find!! It is marginally better than your Ring of Vim. It's the difference between being able to block 2 out of 3 times against Nightmare Bloodknights (at Character level 30) vs slightly better than half of the time. 77% of the time as a warrior with the block bonus activated. I bet if you ran the numbers the extra 10% block chance would more than make up for 28 less health. And of course, 2 extra AC, 5% more to hit as well. Crucial, because of the absolute starvation of any +tohit items.

Agreed -- you really need all the dex you can get. Especially because you have drawn the terrible luck of not having any +to hit items. Nightmare is hard enough even with decent equipment. As far as Strength Allocation, I think you should add just enough to be able to guarantee a stagger, and the rest should go into vitality.

@@snwdn Agreed - it is a tough call but on the harder levels, I do have a hard time seeing the sword of blood being the main hand.
